History
The Dracian are the second oldest race on Corvath.  They were initially creatures of the skies, but during a period of immense and deadly storms they retreated deep into the mountains they once lived atop.

It is said that this is when the Dracian discovered their true calling, crafting.  For several generations they lived under the mountains in peace, many of the surrounding races believed them to have vanished completely.  They were, in fact, honing their newly found art and carving out a massive realm under the mountains for themselves.

One day thousands of Dracian's emerged, glistening in beautiful armor and armed with wicked looking implements of war.  Beneficial trade agreements were offered to the adjoining kingdoms for small concessions of land where they could rebuild trade cities and villages for those of them that missed the sky.

The other races quickly realized that despite their fierce visage and deadly weaponry, the Dracians are actually quite a jovial people and honor friendship and a good drink above all else.

In modern times the Dracian are the only race that proclaims outright allegiance to the City of Krenith.  Their beliefs in free trade and the ability of Aethertech to make a difference in the world set them apart from the other races.  Many of the soldiers in the city's army are volunteers from the Dracian home city of Drak'var.  The modern world has never seen the Dracian march for war, and most races fear to provoke them into doing so.  This has allowed Krenith to maintain it's alliance with the kingdom even under threats of war from the remaining leaders.
